Booking Policy

Deposits

 

A £20 non refundable deposit is required when booking any fullest or treatment over £40 (this is deducted from the total on the day) The deposit is transferable if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given.

We also require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change a infill/brow appointment. This is to ensure that we have time to offer the slot to another client. If notice is not given a 50% charge will occur and no further appointments will be made until the fee is paid. This also stands for no shows.

Patch Tests 

​

Patch tests are to be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to an appointment! They are a must do and treatments can not go ahead without one (we do not offer disclaimers to waiver a patch test)

Patch tests are the clients responsibility and The Lashloft can not be held to blame if a client has forgotten and have had to be turned away on the day of treatment resulting in loss of deposit.
